Posted by LibracookieDefinitely can lack patience (or rather interest) at times. And I really do have to force myself to listen. Honestly, in conversation, I won't really understand what a person meant when they said a certain thing until later on, because I interpret it the way -I- expected to hear it until I go back and listen to what they were really trying to say.
Libras are good at seeing things from all perspectives unlike aries who usually see it from their perspective. They are about 'I'. So when they look at something it will be from how they perceive it not how others do.
Plus a libra is typically better at listening and seeing someone else point of view than an aries. Aries are not known to be the best listeners. They only think they have the best solution to the problem...but the reality is different. š
But I don't know if I can necessarily agree with the inability to see things from all sides. Aries life experience really has a lot to do with experiencing all of life. I think the immature or undeveloped Aries, this is definitely true, but my opinions and views on the world have changed so many times because of the wide array of experiences I've had and the amount of people I've met from such varied life style s, who I gave a time of myself to let them vent.
However, I'm a Libra rising. This might be simply my own experience because of my own placements. It really still has all to do with the individual's unique placements and life experiences. I could see the Libra sun sign would as having an obvious upper hand in balancing viewpoints - it is who they are, after all. However, I've had conversations with Libras whose opinions were very stubborn, as opposed my own flexibility, and couldn't get past their own personal experiences and into the realm of objectivity. I learned a long while ago that assessing a person's personality or character based simply on their sun sign is a mistake. A sun sign might exert certain qualities, but not all those who fall under that sun sign will be apt to enact or embody it, simply because of the power of all the other planetary placements.

The other was literally locked up at home by her guy...don't know his sign. He choked her out one day, and their kids saw, and that is when she finally left. Now she is with an amazing man. He's the strong, silent type, but he acts as her rock and protector, never her keeper. He loves to sit and watch her shine and laugh and entertain people. He just smiles at her. It's adorable. I don't know his sign either...should ask her.

I will also note that both of these women kept dating quiet, stoic, stereotypically manly men. The one I talked about last first got a jailer before getting a saint. The funny thing about it, being an Aries with Venus in Aquarius, I never considered looks. But, my Cap aunt told me I have to or deal with insecurities like you described. It's a peculiar matter. I was delighted to learn that I have broken the generational chain and not passed the "living in fear" to our son ... I was very nervous and burdened for many years but sure as hell wasn't going to pass that on to him

His approach was to numb it all down with prescription meds....poor man wasn't emotionally present at all. Even when he was dying he told me..."I will never forgive my parents for not loving me" ...... As an old man, he hadn't fully grown up and still blamed all his issues on his family.....imagine that?

I was delighted to learn that I have broken the generational chain and not passed the "living in fear" to our son ... I was very nervous and burdened for many years but sure as hell wasn't going to pass that on to him

His approach was to numb it all down with prescription meds....poor man wasn't emotionally present at all. Even when he was dying he told me..."I will never forgive my parents for not loving me" ...... As an old man, he hadn't fully grown up and still blamed all his issues on his family.....imagine that?

He did manage to love us, you are right, but after mum passed, he used me as a therapist....he used to call me to say he was going to kill himself...it tore me up. I learned from it though how to parent, both our son and myself. He was by far one of the most influential people in my life and I loved him very much
