Aries, of course. Leo just walk around and think its their right to dominate people. and use superficial charm when they can't get their way. Aries, on the other hand, lead because it doesnt want to be dominated . Thats y we can understand when our supporters rebel and want more freedom of action. Leo's autocracy can only attract supporters that flatter and follow the leader's words like robots. when you have supporters that can't think on their own, your group is screwed. Btw, Capricorn and Scorpio are also good leaders because of their strong personalities.

I really have to laugh when I see post like this because if thats the case its always gonna be a battle between aries and leo.Everyone has there strengths and there weakness.Leo's are not weak people not ever.I would never ever say that aries is stronger than I no that would be stupid of me to say.I mean I have to good aries gal pals and thay always come to me for advice.They stick to me like magnets.But we hold each other down.Sometimes they need my strength and sometimes I need there's.Being a leader comes natural.I can't help it.

They both have unique leadership qualities; but generally speaking, any sign can be a good leader or a great leader. It all depends on the entire make-up of the chart, amongst other things, of course. I also believe no sign is necessarily stronger than another. That may depend alot on the interests of particular sign. eg. Pisceans may be great leaders, but do they want to be, is it their calling? Desire to be something doesn't automatically make it so. There are many variables involved. Boss or not. From experience and knowledge on astrology Leonine energy is of the refined sort. Meanwhile the Arian energy is more raw and uncultured. These natures come out when you see these to fight for something they both want. A Leo can use sly tricks and debauchery to get ahead. Very rarely will a Leo play dirty. Yes when provided with a ritualistic battle challenge a Leo can function however guerilla warfare is more for the Arian. Many other signs are the same. WOOOOW lol these are some interesting discussions here. Well, as a Leo I will say I love to lead. Though we have egos and bla bla bla I feel our warm caring nature and our need for everyone to exceed will get the whole group where it needs to be, though we have one hang up, we need to be at the helm of that....not next to the man at the helm but AT the helm (unless the man at the top of the helm is our man)...My cousin is an Aries, we get along very well we share a great humor and the things that infuriate her infuriate me so we are as good at having one anothers backs as any and we are both sickeningly loyal. HOWEVER, I believe my cousin is more selfish than I am, YET she loves to WIN and CANNOT STOMACH losing, whereas me, I'll be pissed but I'll get over it because ultimately my sentiments are (you won this but I won as a person/in life) so ...win some lose some....I do think I would be a better leader because I have CARING and i am GENEROUS and kick assingly loyal....I defend mines to the max (as Whitney Houston fellow Leo said)...If you have a LEo as a leader you have a loyal person who even if WE fail as a team, will ensure YOU never fail especially if we know we were responsible...ALL HEART WE ARE IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD....And Tenacious. 🙂

This is quite an interesting topic and one I watch closely.

I am a Leo and my soon to be fiancé is an Aries. So from a personal perspective I would say both are leaders but have very unique ways of leadership. So its quite hard to generalise who is a leader overall.

For example, I see the bigger picture that my Mrs perhaps doesn't. She was never one to plan, and I introduced her to planning. Now she sees the benefits of planning. I am probably not as spontaneous as her and she has shown me the value to being spontaneous.

Both of us are capable of leading, however my Mrs is more of a people pleaser than I am so most of the times she is more likely to go along with things. But saying that when she gets a bee in her bonnet about something she is very organised, practical and delivers.

This is one of the things that attracted me to her, if she has a task to do she achieves it.

In her worklife she is a true leader and possesses the skills to become successful. Me on the otherhand can be the same but I take a more relaxed approach. So its a hard call to make overall.

Neither they both suck at it.

I think Leo in day to day, regular basis

Aries is better when it comes to take action spontaniously, or in unexpected circumstances

Aries can become too impatient. Leo can make things too personal.

Idk, it's a toss-up and in my opinion the task at hand has more to do with it. I'm just glad us Sags aren't in the running - we're off doin our own thing 🙃 lol
