Why do Taurus people stare so much?

I've perceived this in people with Taurus sun/moon/venus...they often are checking people head to toes. Not the killer look like scorpios

Anyone else experience a hot and cold cancer man? I'm getting frustrated as he said he "wants to know that someone wants it from him". So I've done a lot of the initiating. He always replies. But never initiates. Lots of hugs and cuddles and handholding.

Some people around here are overdue for a trip to the mental institution and are definitely a danger to themselves & others. A remote section would allow us to section someone under the Mental Health Act.
