Determine the Ascending and Decending planets?

Hi, I am a Cancerian and this lady I met is a Taurus. How do you find out the ascending/decending planets so that I can find out how compatible we are? Any help and advice is appreciated. Thank you.

You can't determine ascendant/descendant without knowing the exact birth time.

I can't speak to ascending/descending planets, but in general, Cancer/Taurus is considered to be a very good combination.
