I can't speak to ascending/descending planets, but in general, Cancer/Taurus is considered to be a very good combination.

The way in which you are an astounding caregiver is simply unquantifiable. You have a calming presence and let people be who they are around you. Unseemingly insightful, I doubt there is anything that you fail to notice. You have a heart made of gold and even more priceless.
