I'd not let everyone negative comments make you feel bad, Sure they aren't the nicest things to look at but a quick question? Do you love your neck being kissed,sucked, touched? Like is it a turn on spot? If so THAT is more than likely the reason to why he's leaving love bites. I had a quick fling with a leo man and I adored my neck (tbh he's the only guy that's properly turned me on from my neck) and I'd end up with HUGE love bites all over my neck.
