We're all narcissist according to someone. The ones I know aren't pushovers, especially that oh so nice secretary. She was an award winning lacrosse player in high school. But I have yet to see one pick a fight, not even close. It would be hard to beat them at their own game, as they can glow at will because they're naturals, the rest of us would drop our guard and/or get tired. Just keeping aware requires effort.
