No point if you are activating his relationship houses and rulers and he does nothing to you(doesn't activate vital points in your chart)-- in this case you won't feel anything and he may feel everything for you.
It has to be a smooth running two way street with few bumps here and there...
In terms of rulers, would it be something like 5th house ruler of Person A is sitting in 7th house ruler Person B?
How can you tell through synastry if one person isn't feeling anything compared to the other?

Also, what happens if Person B's 7th house ruler sits in Person A's 4th house...who would feel what?
