If they have moon in Sagittarius and or Venus in libra they will struggle with being loyal. Virgo's tend to struggle with relationships, I don't really know why since they are really sweet and loving people.

I don't pay much attention to astrology. But, my experience with Virgo's who had these placements turned out to see them as people incapable of being loyal. I was involved romantically with one myself and I still think of him as the one of the dearest people I know.click to expand
