Does this follow the story of the Great Leap Forward in Mao Zedong-era China, more specifically recounting the Great sparrow campaign, a mass killing of sparrows (along with rats, flies and mosquitos) that fed on a portion of the harvest and were seen as pests. Peasants were encouraged to bang pots and pans to scare sparrows into continuing flight, eventually killing them from exhaustion. Whilst the harvest of the year after the campaign was larger, there was a massive rise in locust numbers in the late 1950s, as a result of the significantly lower population of sparrows, a major predator of the locust.
The great sparrow campaign and other programs of the Great Leap Forward caused widespread famine where, between 1959 and 1961, 30 million people died of starvation?
I don't know how accurate my interpretation is though.

Mankind crucifies itself over and over again in desperate attempts to avoid the chaos that brings evolutionary progress.
Our society will fall because of its lacking possibilities to deal with the structure and the patterns that we successfully locked ourselves into.
When we return to chaos we will also return to real happiness and saddness, we will then learn to appreciate our own existence.
Until then we must always hide behind something that feels safe and deny ourselves the right to live fully.
I especially agree with this "Our society will fall because of its lacking possibilities to deal with the structure and the patterns that we successfully locked ourselves into". I mentioned something similar in a post I wrote a while back. What do you mean by chaos though and why do you think it will bring real happiness and sadness? By chaos do you mean the complexity that self-reflection and questioning brings (instead of distracting ourselves with material objects)?

Same here I'm drinking just about all the time, when I'm reading I got to have something to drink which is sugarless tea no milk just plain tea from the tea bag and light black coffee without sugar. I drink a lot of beer too. At work I'm drinking water right throughout my work hours.
