Anyway, this is not about relationships. Background: i stayed in one company for 5+ years eventhough it wasnt perfect, but that company scr+wed me. After that, i became mercenary ~i went to the highest offer (project is interesting, lucky). But it still isnt perfect (ya nothing is) so i leave the door open. Recruiters still contact me. Although i screen the work locations (always open to relocation), it is mostly about the money now. Not ideal, but i dont want to stay for the potentials of the company/product anymore. I may sound jaded but it feels like theyre all the same; what matters at the end of your career is how much you have accumulated (no sacrifices)
