my ex husband worked on a dude ranch in upstate NY back in the late 70s and guests would pay the "dudes" with drugs and he said he was always tripping - he got the job there by telling them he knew how to ride which he didn't and the first day out they all laughed at him when he returned because he was soaked from the groin down - he had peed himself and not even realized it. Anyway he learned to ride well pretty quickly and because the favored "dude" ... said he did some acid or something and he was riding a horse one day and he could feel the horses muscles rippling underneath him - the horse threw him or he fell off and he remembers a conversation with a spider as he's lying on the ground

Woman #1 - 30 year old active, yoga-loving woman in retail. Very sweet lady. I met her at her work btw. She started posting pics of him as soon as they started casual dating. Posting his pics with herself or on his own all over FB and Instagram.When he was dating her, he showed blatant disregard for her by liking all these attractive women's pics on FB but wouldn't like any of her selfies. Moreover, he would never post a pic of her whlie she was posting their pics all over the place. He also didn't like any couple pics she posted of them even though he's quite actively liking hot women's pics on FB. She adopted cats and started posting pics of him with pets and referring to them as family. All this before one yr mark.She was gushing all over FB and posting lovergirl hashtags for him. He's really smooth because all these women fell hard before the one yr mark. He introduced her to the famliy.

Woman #2 - outgoing, vivacious 40-year-old successful IT professional who is an avid traveller. Not conventionally attractive, but she's active and athletic figured. No children and never married. The moment my narcissist friend walked into her life, she's been flaunting him as her guy. Please note this guy is ridiculously good looking and charming (you gotta be as a narcissist) She started posting pics in which he's alone on her FB and instagram. #obsessedmuch. Like the first woman, she was showing off this trophy to the world meanwhile he wasn't posting any of her pics on his social media. He did introduce her to the family. She was posting pics of his clothes as well (his things kinda thing) all before one yr mark.

Woman # 3 - divorced, bounced from foster home to another. Athletic and active and total empath (which they prey on). What's intersting is that he just met her a week ago and this woman wiped her instagram clean and started posted his pics (mostly pics in which he's alone or couple pics) and started writing love poems in his honor. LOL. She also wrote a post explaining about how depressed she's been for the last couple years and suicidal at some point until he came along. WTF!! Not a person to mess with. Narcissist are freaking heartless. This one is very clearly vulnerable and suicide risk.

You have mostly described the women's social media behavior. What is he doing or saying to let you know he's dicking them over? I don't get it. Is he cheating? Does he tell you mean things about them?
He's using them for money. So all of these women splurge on him and fund his trips/date because he wants to travel but he's not financially able to do it himself. He cheats in that he's entertaining more than one woman. He has complained about all women he's with. He doesn't like any of them. He loathes them. I can't even fathom spending one hr with someone I can't stand but here he is "tolerating" them for hours for his perks.
