The reason it might not be fluid is because of how confusing the situation was. And how quickly it U turned.
I'm 100% honest with everything I've said about the situation for the reason being I want to know what I've done or how I can change it because I care about him. If I didn't care about him why would I be honest? If I cared about him why would.i waste my time and lie?
My goal is to figure out what I've done and work out how I can get over it and be string for if I ever see him again.

And there's alot to get over if you care about someone. Even if it was an amicable break up. Those feelings are there. In my situation I tried to sort it, he ignored. Basically haven't got closure. We never argued or fronted it with one another. Like I can't pin point and say "it's because of this argument or he called me this or I called him thag" it just never happened.

You know exactly what you did. And you know EXACTLY why everything went sour. You casually skipped you "friend's" birthday and gender on the same weekend he wanted to go for the trip and you casually keep forgetting about the next 48 hours after that. Don't play dumb to try and make yourself a victim.. You know well what happened and what you did, how it looked, and probably the actions you took that made him back up gradually away from you. I could speculate and make up some Jerry Springer type stuff or you can stop playing victim of the Virgo ghosting and tell the truth. He began to pull away for what happened at that friend's party and the following days.
