Don't ignore him or move on, I was with a Scorpio Sun/ Sag Venus - He liked doing this type of shit for a reaction out of me. Act like nothing happened and then he will offer again. Tell him not to waste your time asking if he's not gonna show up. Mine cancelled a few times before I ended up going off on him, He always used to say he can't make it because of other stuff that was more important and that I shouldn't be mad. smh They like you chasing them a little.
No he wouldn’t ignore me. He would make plans and cancel cause he knew I was excited to see him. He liked seeing me upset. We worked together though so I saw him the next day after he canceled lol
He was more consistent and agreeable the more we had sex though.

He would only deny it or give her a very ambigous answer. She'll be annoyed or even hate him but subconsciously it will leave her seeking his approval. This is not something most of us can avoid, doesn't matter if she "take things to heart" and doesn't fall for "PUA anticts" - it's in our genetic code. It's human to seek approval from the ppl we like or wish to like. It doesn't make things easier that they APPEAR alpha (yeah i hate that word too lol)
Next time he'll be really sweet to her and make her think that maybe she overreacted and he's a really cool guy.. then the time after that he'll be aloof and sort of ignore her but without being a dick.. and she'll start wondering if there's something wrong with her. Then back to being nice, then a total dick, and so forth. To summarize it's one step forward, two steps back with these guys.
