Absolutely not the stubborness however different things with each:
Pisces - too sensitive and extremely emotional for me (was engaged to one)
Cancer - Waayyyy tooo clingy and will smother the hell out of you (had a boyfriend that was one)
Scorpio - There is a magnetic attraction, however the controling possessiveness and jealousy drives me crazy!!!
It could also do with the fact that I have mostly air and fire in my chart as well.

There's other signs that enjoy approaching a relationship in terms of "winning" a person over, competing for attention, or having to work at proving to the other that they are a good catch.
Pisces people really aren't looking for someone to conquer, tame or score in some way ... we're looking for a connection, someone who understands our heart and can speak to our souls.
