Should I make him jealous to get his attention?
Thanks for your responses. As I said, I was a bit of a cookiemonster with him, but that is because I know how manipulative men can be if they know that you want them badly. They can use this to their adventage. There is a book called Why Men Love Bitches and it should be read by young women today; a good deal of the advice in it makes perfect sense.
I'd like to make a few points regarding my situation which were mentioned by different contributors in previous posts:
1) I do not dress provocatively. I show some leg in the summer (shorts), but that's it.
He surely has a leg fixation.
2) His students have told me he does not have a sex life. Besides, anyone who reacts the
way he does (erections in public)has obviously not gotten any recently.
3) Like most Scorps, he is very changeable
4) He is NOT married and never has been.
5) He is very nice to me in person but hates the phone
6) I've heard rumors that he might be gay, but they are just rumors. If he were gay, he
would not get aroused by me.
7) He has kissed me passionately on my neck and shoulders and I ran my fingers through
his hair but did not go further.

Be honest and straight forward. Dont pretend anything. Tell him everything good and bad about yourself that you are aware of. We always keep an eye open for gold diggers. So you dont have to do any work on that part. He will find out by himself.
Our way of job hunting is way unorthodox at times. we dont get into a job bcoz we are highly talented. We get a job bcoz we are talented in reading the people we get opposite us during interview time. And we give them that best smile and dont show off. He can tell you what to do and how to bypass the entire structure of job hunting as long as you are ready to compromise on so many factors which you might consider important. Scorpio has a mental block against acting instantly and pushing too many buttons and shooting all around and waiting for the results. But if you can follow his ideas and blindly implement it and avoid thinking on your own, you will soon find a job.
I spend so much of time on my ex scorp to build up her career and she never listened to me. all she did was to find fault with everyone and bitch about the position. I almost went crazy trying to get her to do things in time. Now after 3 years, she is apologizing to me for whatever stubbornness she was displaying then. I simply moved on when i figured out its not easy to get her to do things which eventually benefits her.
If he say call someone before 5 pm or exactly at 11:30 am, u better be prepared to follow it blindly. just do it. Then you can ask him why... else he might get frustrated. Those timings are very very important to get things done in the least amount of time. We follow our instincts and nothing can ever be as sharp as ones instincts.

When Virgo's pull away, it's because they have strong feelings for somebody and while they are on thier retreat, what they are pondering is whether you are worthy to trust, worthy to give all their love to, worthy that you will stand by them, no matter what .. the way they would stand by you.
And from my experience .. if the person goes out and dates other people while the Virgo is trying to figure out whether your love is true or not, then they will see it as not true.

With me and mine, it's not an issue, really, because he gets tons of space all the time .. so, he doesn't have to leave and go anywhere. If he's just sitting in his chair in front of the TV with a look of zoning out .. I know he's not watching the tele .. his figuring something out, so I just leave him alone.
Sitting around waiting, isn't fun and it's not fair .. but, it is what it is, and this is the Virgo. So, it's really a personal choice one has to make because we can't change them, we can't change anybody.
