I actually agree with the libran.
Living with and knowing someone for a lifetime does not necessarily mean one understands them. I have lived in close proximity with a water sign who has never known me truly. They can only guess from what I tell them, or if they really tried, remembered my responses.
Libras being the "masters of manipulation" can only be said by 'it takes one to know one'... I really dislike libra manipulation techniques but in my opinion, the manipulative techniques of other signs are much worse, and it is unfair to single out libra for being maniulative players. Unfortunately, the manipulation strategies of some signs irk others, but are a secret delight for those of the same element.
