Houstonpeach remember that libra's are very indecisive. I catch myself changing plans everyday. I will say "Aw I don't wanna go out tonight." but I'll end up going anyway. Also since libra's don't like to say "no" his friends may have called him up and begged him to go with them. We hate to let our friends down ... even if that means for us to be uncomfortable. So don't let it get to you. Also I would have talked to him first before you make plans like that. Maybe he thought you were mad at him. He might have just wanted to cuddle up with you. I dunno if it falls into this category but my ex-cancer declared her interest back to me after I had expressed some feelings to her first. I liked that cause it showed maturity and didn't kill the game at all. The way she did it, she said that she thought of my sayings and she was troubled as she liked what was going on between us but also said (dunno if true or an excuse to play it hard) that she "was with someone in distance who didn't call her almost ready to break up but not sure" etc !! I'm sure women's mind can think of ways regardless of aqua or not

I think it's important to listen to your heart, and do what gives you peace. I, too, tend to wait things out....letting things drift gives a clarity to the situation.

I could make a list of men who have done this to me and my friends/family and it would most likely cover every sign of the zodiac. When a man is not "into" you, but wants to keep you around until something better comes along, this is what they do. Later, they may realize they've made a mistake, but if it's already been seven years, exactly how long are you going to give him to figure it out? You could miss out on Mr. Right while you're pining away for this thing that is going nowhere.
You can't be friends with him because you have feelings for him that, based on his behavior, he does not return. You will always be made to suffer in this relationship. Get some self-esteem, girl! Come on!

I live by my instincts and no, they do not always make sense to me but....why would they, they are not of my mind...rather my soul.
I put my iPod on shuffle so I listen to all kinds of different stuff in transit. I never listen to the radio. They wouldn't know good music if it bit them on the ass, anyway.
