Christianity actually stems from Judaism, but I think what you're refering to is the Trinity in comparison to Osiris, Horus and Isis in the Ancient Egyptian beliefs. There is that mother-child figure that's quite prevalent too.

I didn't really see him as being abusive, more like annoying, however it COULD be seen as/become abusive if it's a regular thing. And no, I wouldn't advocate indifference in regards to abuse. Indifference for the majority of things, but do not do not do not let them take advantage of you. Anyone, for that matter.

BTW...My Scorpio appreciates my overwhelming emotions. That's why I love my Scorpio because he senses when my emotions are all over the place without me having to say a word, and he always knows what to say to calm me. I think that the Cancer female/Scorpio male have the most amazing and intense connection. This is my second Scorp relationship. My first love was a Scorp. Now he was a total a nut job... :O)
