My best friend for 20+ years is an absolute trainwreck in her day to day life , so she has this way of attracting men whom are also trainwrecks.
Her M.O is to find a guy at the bar. Sleep with him first night and then cling to him from that day on.
Shes always walking around saying "were so in LovE" "i LOVE him" "ive NEVER felt a connection like this before"...mind you this is almost EVERY guy she sleeps with.
She then ups her life to move and be with these dudes. Shes lived in hartford, Cooperstown, Brooklyn and currently New Orleans. When it goes south, she runs back home and play victim and the blame game. Never takes responsibility. Im an asshole so i always say "yup, saw that coming. Tole you so" while i hug her.
Her current relationship is the best one yet.
They have a mutual love of cocaine and booze and basically for then to even get along they have to be high on something.
She texted me yesterday that he hit her.
Only after she hit him, but they were wasted (Mardi gras) so its "ok. And she loves him" "HES going to Change!"
Im trying to tell her to get the fuck out. But shes also to blame. Then she admitted she thinks shes an alcoholic...and they don't have abythijg in common besides partying and drugs. No shit !
