Posted by Librasetting777The birth time itself could be wrong in birth certificate. I have a good friend of mine working on hospital, she said they usually record the birth time off to 3-5 minutes. Every 4 minutes there is 1 degree displacement on the rising, this why I always rectifying the birth chart before process forecasting. So don't you ever think you're special nor eminance person because the universe won't give you convenience.
Lol I'm pretty much both charts....I'm a special one.
