but anyway - your friend has to come to terms with reality. so, if talking about things directly related to his death is something you have to do, then do it whether he wants to hear it or not. i've never been in your situation, but i can empathize, and you'll do him no favors by avoiding important topics so that he may remain in a state of denial, or only partial acceptance. obviously anyone will need time to come to grips with a truly terrible circumstance like this because it's a process. but the issues that need to be addressed need to be addressed, so don't avoid them.

I have not done it. I have seen it on tv I think the oxygen channel. But it seems like a waste of time. There is no way you can get a sense about someone in like a minute or 5 that they allot you. I think you have better chance by meeting people through your friends... or a class or hobby
