That's the problem, IL. You don't. And hell yes, they know exactly what they're doing. At about the three month point, if they're still as attentive as they were in the beginning, that's a good sign they truly care about you. The biggest mistake you can make with a scorp is getting your emotions invested BEFORE you know where you stand in the relationship. If you're looking for something serious, just make sure you're both on that level, preferably before you sleep together, unless you can do that without becoming attached.
