lostsoul is right in that you just need to go off by yourself and find healthy ways of releasing that negative energy. i lift weights and have found it helps me control my stress.

I hit the gym quite regularly. I usually do 30-45 minutes of cardio and then 15 minutes of abs.
As for food, Im mostly aware of calories and include lots of veggies in every meal.

It's difficult, but not impossible. You have to dig deep down inside yourself and make a connection with the Virgos feelings. That is what the Virgo is looking for, your understanding of their extreme emotions. i thought daisy might have some spanish descent despite her bleach blond hair and plastic-surgery altered face because when they went to mexico, someone from the hotel came to their door to deliver one of brett's message things, and when amber got it she said "gracias! adios!" and daisy's face was like "that bitch did not just butcher spanish" lmao.

Yeah, we just met a month ago now, but we have been completely inseparable since then!! Actually he approached me, but my sister was over to visit for only 5 days and i told him i wasnt interested in being with him for that reason, but he came to the bar where he knew i was going and the rest is (recent) history.
Krysrenee..i have been waiting every day since to experience that Aqua coolness, but it has been the complete opposite, so im just starting to relax about the whole thing. In fact he?s just a little possessive and im wondering if im being too sensitive?? For example he was working on Saturday morning, and at some point he drove past my house. My shutters were still down at midday because i had stuff to do and didnt bother to open them. Anyways, i went shopping and AS SOON AS i got in the door, the buzzer went...i mean was he waiting outside for me to get home?? And then he said "what time did you get up/where have you been/show me what you bought" etc, totally questioning me..although not in a threatening way. Its unexpected, im expecting to be hit with a cold wind, and i get the other extreme. I told him i wasnt happy with him asking me, and he just said it was because he?s interested..whatever.

My libra friend got jealous of me and my other close friend. There would be distain in his voice when asking about said close friend or lots of put downs. There was another time where it was him, my close friend and I. As soon as we started to 'act close' or speak of things libra could not relate to, my libra friend excused himself and didn't come back for 15 minutes. I think I've said this in another thread.
