I dont know about the astrology sites. In carl sagans cosmos, if am not wrong, it was mentioned as Jan beginning during the narration of his early life. But in most biographies, it was Feb19. Time is unknown so we can never be sure. Possibly pisces. But he was never recorded as a dreamer. And most of his friends were fire or air sign as per records. What makes you think so? When I was 20, I was a mess. It all got shaped during 22-23. Till then I was short tempered, rebellious, stubborn, angry, judgmental, emotional, hyperactive... u name it.
