Any introverts actually happy with their current job or business? Where do you work?

I guess I’m introverted, but I kinda learned to be outgoing and energetic at work since I’m a good leader and take on management roles. But in my personal life I’m a total homebody and really bad in social situations.

Currently a store manager for another 5 weeks, and then I’m opening up my own store smile 15 years in the making. Lol. Lots of hard work but I’m super excited.

thank you.

wow Good for you smile

You working online for the store or brick and mortar?

Do you feel it's harder to find work if introverted?

Had an online business for years now and opening up a brick & mortar next month.

I think it can be. I find it super hard to sell myself to people in interviews for example. But I work really hard and got good skills. In the past I’ve been lucky with referrals or have worked my way up (f.e. from a part time sales associate to a manager within less than 2.5 years)
