I just told my Virgo this exact thing. He's so worried about getting ghosted since it happens so often but then he disappears for a few weeks. I think they like the flowing to and from with out getting bugged. But I told him it's gonna make me lose interest.
And then he ended up telling me that I don't call him enough. And I had to remind him there was no point in calling if he doesn't even answer a text, then he said I should leave a message so we can play phone tag and he will call back, texts he forgets about.
What it seems like on my end, is he gets me to try to do things he asks, just to see if I will do them. So I do it for a short time and if I don't get my own desired outcome, then I stop.
I just called AND left a message for him cause he asked me too. I will see what happens now. I only do things once lol
He has picked up his messaging though. He's messaging me from Instagram and text, but I said I would call him and so I did.
I'm kind of confused, he's the one who's afraid of being ghosted but disappears often? And while I was typing that, I realized that I'm like that, too! But I always respond yet hardly initiate.
This virgo man gives an impression that he's cool with msgs, so I don't know if he really cares. Just that every time I keep silent for 1-2 days, he drops a line or the like. Also, it's him who always asks to video chat.

He's very accepting of any issues that I have with him and any work arounds that need to be done in order to get my needs met.
So it's very easy to tell him what I expect and want and then give him time to make it happen. It works for me cause I like getting way and when I'm happy, I will do everything I can to make him happy.
But I have patience for the things I want, so it doesn't bother me too much. I like aloof men who aren't worried about me lol
As far as messaging and calls, he just tells me what he needs and I try to do it. We've gone a week or more without a word cause both of us suck at communicating, but for some reason I'm fine with it. 2 days is nothing. That would be great communication between us lol
The thing that is said over and over again with Virgos is they don't waste their time, so if you are in their life, it's for a reason. I guess you just have to have patience and go with the flow. I'm just enjoying whatever time I have with him, while I can. He's way younger then me, so I don't even know why he's bothered and keeps coming back, but I like him so he can come and go as he pleases. I'm a very go with the flow type.

It's best to get in the position to be your own boss because you'll find that most managers are not qualified to be in their position from a leadership standpoint. They're often in their position due to being a toady, suck up, years put in because they don't have options, an inside connection etc. True leaders inspire people, they don't lord over them because they can.
I work almost exclusively with billionaires, millionaires, and celebrities. I don't see their example as worth emulating for the most part. They're overall less happy as a single minded pursuit of wealth and power has its own consequences. It shows up in their afflictions and lack of care for other people despite the appearance of pleasantries. It's better to be well rounded for your physical and mental health. The problems of most people are cyclical mainly because they don't realize they are in one.
As for Trump, he's figured out the psychological triggers that make people act against their best interests and for his benefit. He mostly obscures, deflects, and incites to take your attention off the things you should be paying attention to ---> mainly the super wealthy consolidating power and taking more for themselves to the detriment of everyone else. They keep beating you over the head over how amazing the economy is..until you realize that 98% of the profit is going to a fraction of the 1 percent. You know what's also up under Trump? Suicides, Opioid addiction, poverty, medical bankruptcy, debt, and tons of other factors related to hopelessness for a large section of the populace. If you take a closer look at Trump, he didn't earn any of his money. It was all inherited from his father, Fred Trump. That was the main takeaway from analysis of Fred Trump's tax returns as well as the presence of massive fraud.

It's because most people don't realize that media's main aim (mostly TV and newspaper) is profitability through advertising and selling sensationalistic narratives to get more viewers and consumers. If they happen to provide a low level of knowledge/pertinent information, it's often secondary. I can tell where people get their "information" by what they espouse.
For example, we have about 20 years to fix the environmental calamity that's taking place. If it was about informing people rather than selling, that's the only thing you should see as it's game over if we don't do something to head it off. What the Kardashian's are wearing is more important though lol
When you look at any organization (especially media), the first two things you look at are how it's structured and how it's funded.
