So we talked and agreed to be friends he said he didn’t want to lead me on or manipulate me since he is not finding what he wants in relationships 🙄 he plays so many games but I agreed to just have sex and be cool. As bad as this sounds right now I don’t want anybody but him and me being alone has not helped. It’s been 5 months and I’m still stuck I think it has wear off on its on and I’m happy to just let it go away naturally

If someone who you regularly feuded with randomly had a change of heart and started being cordial with you, would you be suspicious of their intentions? Or do you just assume there’s been a breakthrough in your acquaintanceship?
I feel like years ago when I found myself in this similar situation I assumed they changed their mind about me, but after cumulative experience over the years I’m suspicious 👀
Is this what it means to be a Scorpio?
As a Scorpio, you know you’re intuition is the real gift over your ego. Your intuition is so powerful! (But, your ego wants all the credit).
Maybe I can suggest this mediation mantra, “I am in control of my ego. It's not in control of me,” say it and write it daily. As a Leo, I do this myself.
This will help your ego shrivel and give your intuition the room it needs to spread out and grow like underground roots of a lavender bush once the weed’s been plucked out and can no longer siphon the water and nutrients away from the area. Remember, weeds have faster appetites, and have much more resilience than plants do.
Clear your mind of everything. If issues pester, commit to revisiting and handling these issues once you handle “this.” Now do your best to ease your mind, at least momentarily. Once it’s settled, ‘feel’ everything you know to be true about this person based off their energy field. Include in their energy where you two left off. Then, *quickly* ask yourself a single question, “Can I trust them?” The correct answer is your gut’s first response.
*Resist letting your ego edit your gut’s response.* (As a scorpio, you’re already well aware to resist the Righteousness fallacy and not to assume just because people express nice sentiments that they’re well meaning, or even capable of following through on their word. Also as a scorpio, what's worse than someone who misrepresents themselves?)
Your “gut” is slang for your intuition. Your intuition is a database of every experience you’ve ever had with other people, catalogued. It records every minor twitch, crack in someone’s voice, linger in eye contact, lack of, if they’re rushing the moment finished, etc. To resist your intuition is to insult your own intelligence. To insult your intelligence is to suffer a set back in your self-esteem. Your intuition, as well as feeling out positive vibrations should align.
And lastly, can the relationship help you grow; you know what's right for you. Some people might conjure up stories, calling you "small" for "not meeting her half way." Other people don't necessarily know better. If the friendship is not right for you, that's your course of action.
