ONE OLDER CALLER IN ALABAMA AFTER EXPLAINING TO THEM THAT WE CANT GET SOMETHING SHIPPED NEXT DAY AIR BECAUSE IT WAS PAST CUT OFF TIME FOR FED EX -
"I KNOW WHY YOU CANT SHIP IT, IT IS BECAUSE I VOTED FOR TRUMP YOU DAMN SNOWFLAKES ARE SUM EVIL SONS OF B---HES"
ANOTHER ELDERLY CALLER IN UTAH THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE AN ITEM BUT WONT BE DELIVERED TILL TOMORROW -
"I AM GOING OUT OUT OF TOWN TOMORROW ON VACATION. TELL YOUR PEOPLE THEY BETTER HAVE THAT WAREHOUSE FULLY STAFFED TO GET THIS STUPID THING OUT I DONT GIVE A SH-- IF COVID MAKES THEIR HANDS FALL OFF AND THEY HAVE TO BE HOOKED UP TO VENTILATORS WHILE DOING IT. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE"
A CALLER WHO WAS ARGUMENTATIVE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AS I WAS TRYING TO TROUBLESHOOT AN ISSUE WITH HIS MEDICAL DEVICE -

I have a hard time dealing with the suffering of the world. I used to use drugs to try to deaden myself to it but it was only a temporary fix which always wore off and left me a really bad place. Now that I’ve chosen to feel it all without any buffer, I have to focus on what I can control. And that’s really only myself. I feel my best doing as much charitable things as I can, but I am only one person. That’s why I find myself more and more looking to contribute in areas where other people feel the same and are actively working to help others. There can be no light without the darkness and that’s a tough concept. There will always be suffering to remind us of the gifts in life. As long as we are working to balance the bad with good, that’s all we can really do. I feel you though, I really do.....
