As a Pisces with very strong hsp, I had to learn to filter and close myself off from all the emotions, vibes and energies. As much as I want to help and be there for others, it was costing me my peace. I'd become depressed. In order to keep my own sanity, I had to learn to close my brain when things became too much. What hurts me the most, children and animals in distress.
Atm, the world is haywired and we're moments away from the 3rd world war.... that alone makes me feel very depressed about humanity.
All I can say is: you cant fix things even tho you want to. Try and help locally, in meantime, close your brain for all the hurt. If you dont, it'll cost you your sanity.

Mostly hip hop, R&B, and old school music (60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's). I listen to rock occasionally.
Basically I can stand just about any genre except country.
What is it about country music that you don't like?
