Is it possible he was asleep?
It reminds me of my gemini bf who sleep-touches me. It starts with kissing, then he’ll start rubbing my boobs, and then move his hand lower and rub me down there. If I’m receptive to it, he gets encouraged to get on top of me but by that point he wakes up and is fully conscious of what’s happening (though extremely tired).
He also has a history of sleep walking, randomly jumping out of bed ready to fight an intruder (guess he had a nightmare) while asleep, sleep talking, and just other weird sleep behaviors.
I’m not trying to downplay your situation because if he was awake then yes it is sexual assault. But there was another person here involved with a Gemini who experienced the same things I do. It reminds me of those people who murder while asleep.

The parking lot was sort empty. The thing was, the kid looked like he was carrying a heavy backpack.

There was a Mom at the playground the other day like that and I remember feeling super weird about it like I should report something but it seemed like it was the norm for them at the same time.
She was sitting on a bench with a friend while her son played and then she and her friend got up and just walked to their car. Never heard her say “ok let’s go” or anything to her son and she only looked back once to see if he was following her. 😩 It was wild. My mommy senses were screaming. I was prepared to take him home with me if she left him. It really looked like she didn’t care if he was coming or not...yet she took him to the playground in the first place so she can’t be that neglectful. Idk it was weird !!
The video seems weird too, but she did look like she kept looking back to make sure he was following her at least 😬

On the surface, her work with the Greenbelt Movement seems laudable.
But apparently there is a mention of a cloud when she received her Nobel regarding an alleged statement regarding the origin of HIV/AIDS.
I'll dig more later.

I don't really get the whole nothing because to me the narrative is as follows:
- Jada & Will separate (they both said they were done w each other and thought would never get back together)
- August is introduced to the family and connects with Jada
- August sees the amicable separation but still asks Will if it's okay and supposedly Will is ok with it
- Jada leaves August to get back w Will
- August is broken hearted so he breaks all communication with Jada completely ( very Virgo thing)
