A lot of my friends have been Sags (men and women). One of the sweetest women I have ever been in a relationship with is a Sag and we ended things on good terms (as far as I know). She wasn't much of a partier (or any of the other Sag stereotypes). I have also been pursued by Sag women who were down to earth and not looking for just a one night stand (yes, they exist). Spent 6 years with the Aqua and all of my planets squared his moon. There are some misunderstandings and hurt feelings but in my experience it’s not the worst thing.
For me having the moon touch the others sun and moon is better than not aspecting at all.

Dated a Virgo Sun/ Aries moon and it’s terrible because his moon fell into my 7th house.
All Aries moons make me feel like I want to marry them almost immediately. Like we can be together forever. Thank goodness I never say anything to them about it.
But I know it’s a bunch of bullshit and it’s mostly my feelings. A very unrequited feeling of longing and one sided love.
It sucks but I’m aware of it when someone has an Aries moon, so I expect it now and just ignore the feeling.

If both the Leo and the Sag start playing games (and I know which games you're referring to), that means they are both insecure. That doesn't mean the two can't work together, it just means the two are emotionally immature.
In my experience Sag women make Leo men feel a little insecure/unsure and vice versa
Then we both resort to weird game playing which is very unbecoming
I knew Sag woman (a bit younger) who would try playing games with me because she assumed I was playing hot/cold with her. In reality I was just busy with work and had deadlines to hit. I would wait and watch her play games to get my attention. Once she was done playing coy, I would start flirting with her. Essentially as long as either the Leo or the Sag is acting like an adult, it is fine. Preferably both need to be mature enough to skip the games.
