Did it ever work out with fire/air signs?

For the most part, Taurus may not work with fire or air because they like being controlling. Fire/ Air signs have way too much ego to be controlled.
Also Fire/Air moves quick and Earth does not. The patience that earth signs have can feel like undecidedness to other signs, and ain't nobody got time for that!
But it can work with someone with the right chart. You would most likely have to turn a friendship into a relationship in order for it to be a success.
Sorry for my late response. Thank you. Yes I agree with you, seems like chart determine everything, it's just that i don't find many fire/air signs that are compatible with me in another placements.
I don't usually express what I'm feeling, but when i think it's right time to do I'm always direct and upfront about it and don't have problem telling it to the person I like. But when I do this, fire/air signs people seems kinda surprised as they didn't expect me to say such things. They generally takes everything in a friendly and lighthearted manner and when i talk about something personal, they abhor it and try to divert it to another topic, so I had to be at least accommodating and not look controlling when bonding with them.

Everyone has some trauma in their life, right? I have a trauma (think mass violence, natural disaster, car accident) I’ve never met anyone else with my trauma and it does make me feel isolated sometimes. I’ve been to therapy and gotten as far as my mind will allow me to get at this time.
I recently met someone who has the same trauma and I feel a bond to them. We have kind of become obsessed with each other and I think we are processing our grief through each other. Not sure how healthy it is. I’ll probably talk about it in therapy but I thought I might discuss it in the dark corners of the Internet too.
Anyone ever experienced this?
I think it's a good decision to talk about this connection in therapy.

I think it's good you have someone who can share what you are going through. Like PhoenixRising I would also mention this in your therapy.

It's a no from this Sag.. went on a date with a Taurus friend like, a decade ago and he still randomly pops up inquiring about my dating life. No thanks, tried that n made my decision sir lol.

Yes, she will probably caution you, however she shouldn't be discouraging you from finding your own way to heal, simply helping you identify and manage areas of concern. It is not a one size fits all and as you stated, therapy has only brought you so far. Just be very open and honest about the connection you are developing with this person, how it's impacting you emotionally, mentally and even physically (this can occur for some) and any difficulty you are having managing your traumatic issues alone without this person's* support/feedback.
*the person you are bonding with over your shared trauma.
