It could be the same problem than with pisces. Like cappywench said it's promising and passionate in the beginning. Then pisces realizes that he doesn't know what he wants. Maybe the same with cancerians.. I don't know, never had a relationship with any cancer man. But it seems to me that pisces and cancer men have always been very passive with me.
