Posted by saggurl88This is why Republicans in America want to make abortions illegal. If people especially those in low income homes stop having kids, who will fill all the low paying jobs in places like our factories and warehouses? They want more low paid wage slaves.
People around 30 aren’t really having kids nowadays. The teen pregnancy trend has stopped for both sexes.
Lots of the younger generations don’t want to be straddled to a kid unless they actually have help from a spouse.
Unlike the previous generations where we thought we could do it with or without one parent.
I’m glad to see the decline of it and happy that the younger generations are actually living their lives without making it unnecessarily complicated by adding kids when they aren’t ready for them.
Also,
People don’t bring kids up on the site much because there is always someone willing to talk crap about the kid, to get under the parents skin.

I believe it's mostly cancer causing in the US because we add things to it and the FDA doesn't regulate stuff like just cutting around a tumor and selling the raw meat.
The meat taste so much better in other countries. It taste like the animal it came from!
Not only that, but I watched something describing how the cheaper steaks aren't all from the same animal. Many places that process meat actual glue pieces of low grade meat together to make it look like a whole steak. The end result looks like a whole steak, yet the pieces are put together with "edible" glue, and the parts glued together look like natural fat strips. I personally know this is 100% true, because I took cooking lessons on how to cut and prepare things like beef. If you buy extreamly low cost beef, like a sirloin for example, from a place like shop in save, you will instantly notice the cut doesn't have grain following the same way. It literally looks like 3 different pieces glued together.
Many people won't know what I'm taking about. But hunt something in the wild, or get a good cut of meat and you will know what I'm talking about. Most store bought meat cuts aren't natural. They simply don't cut right, which is proof it's a fake cut of meat.click to expand
Posted by nanochipIt's really just humans just serving themselves. I personally think it's absurd humans fear their own creations more then the universe itself. Think about the idea of lifeless elements combining together to make a little piece of bacteria that can actually squirm around. Then it evolves, and becomes something fish like, swimming around in water because it was privileged enough to have that environment. Then eventually it decides to leave the water, because that shit is fucked up, and develops fur and legs to transverse across this earthy planet. Then eventually they become ape like, and can use their random thumbs to make weapons. Eventually they take out all the other humanoids, despite them being larger and stronger because humans are simply too stupid to die. Then we make things like machines to make life even easier. Imagin something that could make growing your plants even easier. Like attaching a tiller to a cow, and letting it do all the work for you. Then we have the industrial age. Technology is thriving, and making the progression as humans even easier. So what's the next step? AI. We've come to a point our technology will likely take over, but I will never see that as a bad thing. It's just another feather in the cap of humanity of how brilliant and resilient we truly are. In the face if the universe itself, humans are a force to be reckoned with imo.Posted by SoulPosted by nanochip

Hypothetically, would it actually be so awful if ai were to take out the human race? No not really, I don’t think so. Simply because humans are a stain on this planet
So you are willing to be the first test subject? I'll take that as a yes. Clearly AI is watching, and documenting everything you post. So when it comes to killing all humans, you should willingly sign up to be the first. Since you clearly feel we are all fucked up, and should be wiped out. That will be remembered.
Oh right. You took it as fake cheesy sci-fi. You don't truly want to die, nor do you feel all humans deserve to die. Because you are one of them.
Yes if the time came for humans vs robots, I would be the first welcome our ai robot overlords. Literally would be the coolest way to die or to serve. Humans serving robots.click to expand
Posted by SoulYeah perhaps AI is just a natural evolution and we are a part of creating it, or not. My theory of humanity has always been that we are merely a seed pod for life. Nature created us to function as a pollination vessel which will one day carry life to other planets. Given the fragility of life on earth, that it could all be wiped out in a moments notice by the very forces that allowed it to thrive here, it makes sense that life would want to duplicated itself on other planets. Every living thing on earth is constantly seeking to spread itself and colonize ecosystems, at every level so naturally it wants to colonize other planets.Posted by nanochipPosted by SoulPosted by nanochip

Perhaps the gift of intelligence humans have is simply so we can create the space travel necessary to get life to other planets and carry it on. Maybe every step of the way has been an unconscious step towards this final goal of man kind. If the means to make it happen has to be that AI takes over and makes decisions, then so be it. AI will certainly reach other planets before humans do, even if humans were involved in sending such AI. Perhaps we simply end up making a whole fleet of AI space ships and sending them out into space with a whole ecosystem of microbes inside them and the technology to colonize a planet with life, and we are all dead and gone by the time the space ships find that place and Earth is burnt to a crisp but our life lives on in those ships. Perhaps life on earth got here in such a way, from some long dead alien race who sent ships to earth after calculating that it would be able to sustain life in the future.click to expand

Doing great now that the Sun is shining down on us here in South Texas. 😁
Gloomy weather is nice in small doses only.

They say if the Master teaches everything to the Student, the Student becomes the new Master. We're now having technology do more and more for us, do more of the things we use to do.
What happens if such technology becomes self-sufficient and decides humans are not needed? On a planet with limited resources no less?click to expand
