Advice for dealing with an Aquarian mom
I'm definitely not gonna be giving in if it's something that doesn't make sense and I'll have to find a better way of communicating it out of dignity and respect for her position and intentions, I'm really ultra-polite to people and it takes a lot for me to ever snap at someone, for the most part she really does mean well but sometimes it will go into hypergear and I'll get a criticizm from head to toe, hair, skin, clothes, figure, "why did you wear those shoes". Who would want to be around that, nobody...
She regularly talks about people bad that on the phone I take it from my ear, just waiting for a pause in conversation to say uhuh. Still I've tried calling her to apologize and my home phone is blocked and she didn't block my cell number but won't answer and she knows I want to apologize. I just don't want it to be a year later, it's not that serious, but she is who she is and I guess she'll come around when she's ready

Wow this is a tough one to answer DB!! In a fashion that actually makes sense, I mean. Lol 
I personally don't get involved in games of revenge. I see that kind of behaviour as being below my own personal standards for myself - I think it's pathetic and childish. And it also prolongs one's own suffering.
But that said, I believe in teaching (people & animals - have worked with animals for years) effectively. And that means not tolerating any shit. I don't go out of my way to get people back though, and if someone is trying to toy with me and piss me off, I won't fire up - on purpose - because i'm so damn stubborn that i'm determined not to give them what they want hahaha!!! Plus, I like to take the moral high ground. And I can't do that if I stoop to their level

Cap men can be quite contradictory. The books say they enjoy wealth & sophistication but I've seen a lot of wealthy Cap men deliberately go out of their way to do things that --to an outsider -- might seem beneath their status.
For instance, I know a rich Cap guy who has it all; big house, several cars, etc....but at least once a month, he will seek out some down & dirty & stinky place, get down on his knees and scrub the whole place down. Or he will volunteer to do dirty, greasy work that no one else will even touch.
When asked why, he says it's to 'balance' his wealthy life style . He doesn't want to become one of those rich, arrogant snots and will force himself to do 'blue-collar' stuff so that he can learn how to be humble and see how the 'other side' makes a living.
Though they secretly enjoy compliments, Cap men will downplay their achievements. Praise....even if he enjoys it...makes a Cap man uncomfortable. He'd rather be appreciated for his hard work than to be glorified for what he's achieved.

I think we like each other equally, we both put in as much hints and signs to eachother through conversation. You may have mistaken me liking him MORE because of me worrying so much. But that is just me as a person! Very cautious with a lot of pride.
As much as everyone has been saying its a disasterous match, I think he is worth the risk, patience and also worth the battle if there is one!!! I'll see how it goes.
I'll let you guys know what happens in the future, whether it works out or not. In the mean while, I'll take everything as it comes and I won't be playing games! As for the chase, I do play hard to get because I won't just get into bed with them with the click of the finger! They have to proove themselves worthy, genuine and likeable.
As an Aries I like being chased, but I also like to do the chasing.

I don't want to play with his emotions, if anything he is playing with mine. I didn't ask for this gay guy to write it on my wall with love and kisses. I have in fact hidden it from this cancer guy for now. Maybe I do need to grow up, but it's kind of an immature situation.

There are some truly beautiful leos - Halle Berry, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Whitney Houston, but I do agree with you, it's about the total package. I do feel like people often think that we're attention whores though.. Might be true.
OP - I think you're right on the money. Leos need to be respected and appreciated. I don't think that it's enough to just appreciate us in silence. You have to openly let us know. That doesn't mean that you have to be kissing our feet. We just want to feel validated...
