no it is not..... Bush was elected in a rigged election to begin with. And the second term.... he won that out of fear.... if he learned nothing else from his daddy he learned that people are scared in a time of war and if you scare them enough into believing that the threat outside our borders is worse than the one inside them, then it's a sure victory to a second term. I shook my head in disappointment after his first election, and I shook it in disgust after his second.
