Hmm King, when I was born my Mars was in Sag. I can say with most certainty I have never dated or related well to Sag. The only one I ever got close to was a gentleman and a history buff like my father, but even before we dated, he annoyed me and I reconsidered LOLOL. So much for that theory.

That's just a little personal belief people have, a little esoteric.
Libra rules the seventh house, the house of relationships. Libra definitely can be a good position for the Ascendant, but they have a tendency to put other people first for the sake of diplomacy (people pleasing). But this is just the outward manner, and if Libra is the Ascendant, Aries will be in the seventh house which means a lack of sympathy for other people in personal relationships (selfishness) which is not something you want. My sister has Libra Ascendant and when she's with her casual friends and acquaintances she acts very gracious and kind, and same as when we are out in public, but at home to me and my mom she can be the biggest bitch most of the time.
