This you tube video came out today, (full disclosure I think undercurrents skews right of the political spectrum). But I love how this doctor is describing the effects of hormones as human goes threw the human maturation process.
My opinion that this should be done on children or anyone under the age of 25 has been clear to me. But I think this lay's it all out. and its totally, Sciences

Personally I don't have a problem educating my child about sex, she's 7 and probably has more knowledge about the subject then most kids in high school.
Honestly sex is so weird in our culture, we still have a lot of puritan values, but also hardcore porn is also apart of mainstream consciousness.
I don't have a good answer on how to address it through education.

Huge update to how I raise my vibration now.
The first thing I do is understand in my mind that raising my vibration means to speed up my life. raising my vibration means I do things to help myself feel good so I can help bring more calmness and intelligence to others. (Mental plane)
I then do things like study about playing the guitar, study about playing chess, work on a book, clean the house, do research on improving my credit, finding ways to help others, organizing the entire house, creating something that helps me feel good even if it takes a long time, looking for a better job, eating better, stop bad addictions, all of these things increase and speed up ones life. (Physical plane)
I also feel this inside. I think of things that help me feel as though I raise my vibration. It's a weird feeling but I will think of things like "I am a child of God, or "I bring calmness , I help to increase calmness in others, life in others,. It's a hard feeling to hold sometimes because the emotional body has been underdeveloped a little. (Emotional/feel plane)

i think modern friendships and relationships in general are harder now partly coz of modern therapy. the slightest mistake and you're now 'toxic.'
like it used to be your best friend is whoever sits right next to you in class and when you encounter an issue, you guys try to work it out. now there's no grace and nobody forgives anyone anymore.

Oh, the guilt of someone who caused a breakup! If you didn’t, would you still be together? The answer is probably not. Many couples don’t make it and the possibility of being dumped at a later time, even for trivial reasons, is pretty high. Forgive yourself.
Yeah maybe we weren’t gonna make it anyway.. I just wish I met her when I was older.
