Posted by ArgusI think I also saw Dept of Defense which I’m interested in. But are we actually going to see anything? I still don’t understand how these saved funds are going to be reallocated. I’ve not seen anything about this money going back to taxpayers even though they keep saying “this isn’t how taxpayers want their money spent”. So it’s just going to be reabsorbed back into the federal budget for what exactly?
I can't comment much on USAID because, in the spirit of full disclosure, I do not possess enough information to cast an opinion. That being said, it appears Trump just recently announced that Pentagon will be next to which I give my wholehearted blessings seeing how trillions of dollars have vanished (unaccounted for) year after year yet congress kept inreasing their budget far beyond of what was quested. What gives?
The tariffs were supposed to lower the federal deficit so it’s not for that? Or is it? Unclear.
Just saying “we’ll use your tax dollars more efficiently” is not an answer.
