It is a great possibility. At the time, a man marries a woman, their is a certain degree of spark he has for this particular woman he chose to be his wife. At the time he married her, she had a certain aura about her, an special allure, mystery. However, he CAPTURED all of that her mystic, her mystery, her allure and so she becomes boring.
She sits at home being a "good wife" to him while he is frankly "bored" out of his mind. It is nothing left in her for him to capture. If the RIGHT woman comes along, yes, it is a possibility he would leave his wife. A man NEEDS desire, he needs fire to fuel from and being "boring", drab, dull-no life. Who wants to be with a no life everyday. It is boring!
So he seeks other women to fullfill his masculine energy. He loves his wife he is just incapable of being stagnant in a relationship filled with "boredom". You have to KNOW how to keep his fire burning. His wife is not capable anymore of keeping his fire enlightened. So, he will distance himself emotionally from her and seek out a woman who can fulfill his sexual, mental or emotional desires.
Or does he cheat to just make up for the lack of spark he isn't getting from his wife but will never actually leave her.
It depends. He could leave his wife. The other woman has to have that certain "part" of him his wife lacks. She has to fill in the void or he would keep his wife around for financial reasons, emotional stability or just because he "married" her but she would not be treated as such. She would have a lot of problems with having an engaged emotionally available man in her life and he WOULD show her that particular side of him. His emotional unavailable side. She would be better off lonely.
I see the Cancer men cheating but I don't think they're going to actually leave their wives even if they found everything they want in another woman.
