Well, my boss has Venus retrograde...he was quite overweight from what I was told and is now quite skinny in fact. He has bad diet habits if that's what you're asking. At some days I'm genuinely concerned about him cause he can go all day not eating anything, drinking several cups of coffee and smoking a lot. Also add to that eating too much sweets. I remember ine day when he had 4-5 cups of coffee, came in early and left late and didn't eat anything the entire time. I don't think your eating habits come from your Venus retrograde tho. Mine isn't retrograde and I can be just like that too - not eating all day with a difference that I don't smoke or drink too much coffee. I always stay up late tho and have insomnia often
And yeah I love my snacks a whole bunch most particularly sweets and deserts and not too big of a fan of salty snacks. I'm trying to cut out salt in my diet I don't want too much fat on my face. Now that's a diet I haven't broke, yet at least and hope I don't break it.

I know non retrograde venuses suffer from insomnia too but i dont know and can't possibly think of anyone in the world has it far worse than me. When the world goes to bed at night im up eating watching tv and playing guitar. Im a night owl and got weird sleeping patterns.
