Umm? me. Lol! Usually when I do, they last years. I can usually tell immediately. The only time I am wishy-washy about it is if I really like the guy, as a person, but I am not attracted to him enough to be loyal. (There has only been one exception to this, but that was a person that I was into as much as you are into this girl. I was freaked out. Lol!)

I really don't think this is the case.
I think she is hesitating because she is feeling him out. I really do. She also comes from a seemingly more traditional culture.
My roomie can be quite physically cold towards men, mainly because she has been too nice too many times, and been hurt badly.
I say take it slow Denny. Keep doing what you are doing. As someone said earlier, please don't do any grand guestures for v-day. Do something small and sweet that will make her smile. Is she working that day? Maybe get her favorite cupcakes delivered to work or something.

Well, I've read that Scorps have this ability to see the deeper/hidden intentions of another because we are individuals with incredible depth. I've also read that we always have a hidden agenda and will use any information we know or have about you to exploit someone or intentionally destroy someone. *shrugs* To me, that does not make any sense....why would I want to do that to another person? I have better things to do with my time than try to destroy someone. But this can be true of someone born under ANY sign. The important thing to remember is not to sit around and ponder another persons intentions towards you. IMO, THIS is the very thing that can lead to self-destruction.
This is where I am glad to have the Air in my chart...lol I haved the ability to remain "above" all of that. I prefer to stay above water. There is light, fresh air and lots to see and do ;P. Going that deep scares me actually and it makes me uncomfortable when someone dives right into me.

The success of a presidency is only judged by history, so please be careful with your premature expectations. I would say the most optimistic outlook at this point is a severe recession or a mild depression. Consider that the Great Depression spanned from 1929 to 1941, but recovery to pre-1929 conditions took well over ~23 years. So why do people think one president will solve all of our problems in one-two terms? I fear that these ridiculous expectations will make whatever accomplishments he achieves...however great and monumental...an ultimate failure in the eyes of the American public.
The dislocation and flat-out broken credit market is only one of MANY serious problems that plague the Obama presidency...the best thing we can do for him and ourselves really is to pause before criticizing and look at the almost insurmountable task in front of him. This must be a bipartisan effort, and yet the Republicans showed ZERO support in passing the Stimulus Package...albeit I wasn't too impressed with the package to begin with...frankly it isn't looking too good. As a nation, we cannot get to the point where our adherence to the democratic process prevents us from driving the common goal of saving this nation (as well as the rest of the world) from ruin.
This really started as a trust crisis in the financial markets. But once it was elevated to the public forum where politicians unfit to understand the complexity of the financial markets now hold the ultimate decision making power...we're screwed. While they bicker back and forth, watch the whole financial system crumble, liquidity dry up, and watch how it will trickle right down to the farmer in the middle of Missouri.
Possibly the most important task Obama needs to achieve immediately (at least in the first 100 days) is to restore the concept of leadership of the President. The illusion of leadership is key. The president has a whole cabinet of men of specialized knowledge to tackle all the issues, they know the issues, they propose the best solution, the president only signs on the dotted line. Obama cannot be in the weeds of every policy and problem in this nation, he must RISE and inspire cooperation in this nation of individuals.

She is now in a state of trying to rectify what she thought she knew about you while you were together with who this person who did this to her. She is afraid the whole relationship was a lie so she is in limbo.

Because things aren't on good terms. You are leaving this unfinished. There is no closure.
