This is not typical Libra behavior. Libra's only back off if they lose interest. If he's not somebody to worry about (very doubtful) he moved too fast for his own comfort level.

I've dated a couple of sags and a handful of aquarians and the aquas seem SO much more detatched. Sag seems to want to be loyal at least, whereas the aqua seems to fear being loyal to somebody or ANYTHING.
