Lol, the Leo I liked (he also liked me) said he was interested in me because I pulled him up on his crap.
he did the same to me. It was a bit tense at times but it was an exciting tense. We never yelled at each other but we'd both tell each other where to go when one of us was being a diva.
If I asked him to come over he wouldn't, he'd have some excuse.
If he asked to come over I'd not always let him because i didn't feel like company. I'd tell him I was taking a bath and he was fueled by my indifference.
I stopped asking him or inviting him at all after a short time and he'd just turn up 5 or 6 nights a week. That was fine by me, he was great company.
In the end he was hooked because he said he respected my independence and refusal to kiss his backside.
He was guarded but interested and never fully revealed how he felt, only hinted at it. We played this game for months.
It died a natural death from lack of communication but it was never going to be serious. the whole thing was bizarre really but I enjoyed him for the most part.
As an Aqua I'd have been happy for him to tell me what was in his head but I didn't push for it, we just went with the flow. If he'd have come at me guns blazing with flowers and chocolate and stuff, I;d have run a mile, I like a slow drawn out romantic time, not all the eggs in one basket in 5 minutes. It takes time for us to "examine" you and decide whether we're connected deep enough to go the next step.
I have a feeling that it's because I didn't yell out "I love you" he liked the challenge. he never heard it, i didn't feel that way, but he never got upset about it either, which suited me fine.
I'd be friends with someone for quite some time if i wanted more down the track - but only if the friendship was healthy.
