Tomorrow is my mom's birthday.
I've been really missing her a lot lately,and I guess that's part of my problem.
I didn't ever really face her death like I should have,because everything involved with it was so horrible and I have so many regrets.so it comes at me in flashes sometimes.

I know, we discussed this then...I can't imagine it Bella, I really can't. I hug my mom daily because I know I am blessed to have her, and since I just recently moved back to the state where I was raised, I enjoy the time I have with her (well, both of my parents; even though my dad aggravates the snot outta' me).

I handed the recipe over to a family friend and she tried to low fat it, her daughter said it was an abomination. LOL
You must have been in my kitchen a couple weeks ago, because I make something similar. Called Baked Potatoe Casserole! Whew, makes you want to smack somebody it's so good!
Awww ladies. We must always be thankful for everyday; even the bad ones. I have a bunch of sayings on this dry erase board by my desk, and the first saying is, "Live today as if it's your last!" I'm not successful everyday in doing that, but most days I try!
