Ween yourself off the addiction of any emotions that flutter in your stomach over this situation.
Definitely put yourself out there when you feel it keeps things moving forward with either guy.
You can nurture both relationships, I don't think either should pressure you to be exclusive, you are human and an awesome woman and don't need to feel pressure to be exclusive or mentally focused on just one person, unless that is what you want.
Let your mind body and soul help make clear what you truly want, it might be new book binder, it might be a new pants, it might be good date with one of them, regardless, imagine having all the time in world to decide and no pressures, because no matter what the relationships will progress and stressing over them or letting them get static won't help you decide.
Definitely talk it out if that helps! Remember too the DXPers who wish each other well, wish you success in getting what you truly want, so definitely take with you that sense of support

Last week I had to force myself away from group activities because I was so pissy.
Living with my ex took on a war of the roses theme just about last week, and I was so miserable.
Now since about like a day or so I have been so de-stressed and at ease. I don't trust it but I am going along with it for as long as it will last. I would rather be at ease than be feeling under attack by the world.
I do take heart that if I can't win at things right now, that there are amazing people in the States and elsewhere that are doing good, fighting good fights, and being courageous, so there is that
