The feelings your getting from your house may just be nerves from moving in perhaps? The kitties may also feel slightly unsettled from moving house..
The best advise I can give you is, change the whole atmostphere in your house, don't feel scared, it's your home! Make it feel as plesent as you can and ignore any strange feelings you get unless you see something distinctive that screams ghost. In the event of that happening I suggest you get a preist in or some sort of professional.

I can't predict the future but he is young and so are you. I'm just cautioning you not to put all your eggs in his basket. Leo's are big flirts and my guess is he's not ready to settle down & commit to anyone for quite a while.
