A man cannot be unfaithful to you (you, meaning a woman) .... to be unfaithful to you indicates that you are still with him. To say he is unfaithful is a description of his fidelity in a current relationship.
A man who has slept with another woman has ended the relationship on the spot, and so therefore is not in a relationship with you any longer, so therefore cannot be unfaithful to you.
If you continue to relate within the same terms of partnership with a man who fucked someone else .. then that is your fault that you are with a man who is unfaithful.

And you said a man that has slept with a woman has ended the relationship on the spot? Says who? There are men and women who have continued a relationship with their significant other, without being honest, which also means being unfaithful.
