I think what he said holds true, he's not IN love with you. If he was, he'd be contacting you constantly. When a Leo is in love, they feel a claim on you and want to know everything that goes on in your life. I think his last messages were to just know how you are doing because he did care but it isn't love on his part.
It's best to forget him and meet men locally. Go out with friends so you don't stay cooped up thinking about it.

Well whenever he see's me he's the first one to say hi and whenever we talked last night he was trying to make eye contact (which i returned) Like i didn't think too much about it at the time but my friend said he moved to stand beside me. He was close, not that close but still pretty close. Whenever he see's me i think he sometimes get's surprised because he looks surprised. it's all in his eyes, they get so...piercing lol. and he looks(almost stares) at me.
